NEAPS - Who are we? “An exciting evening of rockin' blues with soulful guitar ace Jeff Pitchell. His CD, Heavy Hitter (Pyramid/EMI) reached # 7 on the Billboard Charts for 12 weeks, outselling Delbert McClinton, Robert Cray, Johnny Lee Hooker, etc. .One of Jeff’s songs “Eye for an Eye” was recently recorded and released in a new CD by legendary John Mayall See and hear Jeff’s hard driving brand of thunder and lightning blues, rock, funk and soul music…" Certified Personnel Consultants, Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialists and those who aspire to either of these designations know that they represent the individuals who set the tone for a profession by striving for excellence, and by being guided, certainly, by business sense and legal principles, but more importantly by a recognition that true success only comes to one who conducts himself in accordance with the highest ethical principles and standards. This intensive training session is designed to educate prospective certificants in the "body of knowledge" contained in NAPS legal manuals and "prep" individuals for the CPC or CTS examination. The curriculum is built upon the NAPS legal training manuals and the faculty for this unique workshop will be comprised of experts from the legal, education and staffing professionals.
The New England Association of Personnel Services (NEAPS) is a "long-term" temporary partnership of the New England state and regional Associations. The NEAPS exists simply for the purpose of delivering an annual conference that will allow us to learn, network and have some fun! We are comprised of the State and/or Regional Associations listed just below. Folks ask all the time how they can join and we explain that it is, in fact, easy! Simply join the state or regional association where you conduct business. Even if you are not in New England, we welcome you to participate in any or all of the following associations:

Each year, the New England Association of Personnel Services (NEAPS) Conference Committee awards a deserving member/contributor The Lifetime Achievement Award. What can you say about it? The answer actually is implied in the list below. Each of these recepients has given so much of their time, way beyond the call of duty. And, certainly not for the recognition. Each of these individuals does this to give back, to improve our profession, to show others that it can be done and to provide more for their colleagues. Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted prior to 30 days from the start of the conference. The NEAPS reserves the right to deny cancellations within 30 days of the event. If a cancellation is allowed, there is a $150 handling charge for each cancellation.
